If you act for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to this agreement.

You agree to follow applicable laws, respect access controls, and avoid behaviour that could disrupt or degrade the services.

We may suspend, limit, or end access when we believe these terms have been breached or harm may result.

Keep your contact details accurate and protect any credentials issued to you.

Tell us at legal@runseal.io right away if you suspect unauthorised access so we can help secure your account.

RunSeal and its licensors retain ownership of trademarks, content, and related materials.

We may use any feedback you provide to refine the services without obligation or attribution.

We may adjust, pause, or retire features. When a change materially affects you, we will provide reasonable notice when feasible.

We strive for consistent availability but offer the services “as is” within the limits of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted, RunSeal and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the services. These limits do not reduce any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RunSeal is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in writing.
